Reporting Procedures

• ETA Report : 4 miles radius from Dongdumal L/H.
• Entering Report : 'D' buoy passing (out-bound and/or in-bound)
• Arrival Report : As soon as possible after anchor drop or berthing procedures.
• ETD Report : At least 10 or 20 min before unberthing.
• Departure Report : As soon as possible after anchor aweigh or unberthing procedures.
• Shifting Report : As the vessel commenced and completed her shifting.
  (also required preliminary report)

• Working channel : VHF Ch. 08
• Position of Embarkation
  • Port of Masan, Jinhae, Gohyeon : Lat 35?02??24??Long 128?45??42??
  • Port of Okpo : Lat 34?56??16??Long 128?45??46??
  • Port of Jisepo : Lat 34?49??11??Long 128?48??52??
  • Port of Samcheonpo : Lat 34?52??7??Long 128?05??5??

    * But, vessel of G/T 1,000 or less shall pick up pilot at Quarantine station of each port.

Tug boat service

• Call sign of Tug : Yong Ma Tug, Chong Yong Tug
• Working channel : VHF Ch. 14

Observance for the Vessel (concerned with VTS)

• All vessels in Masan VTS area must keep listening to VHF Ch.14 and respond immediately to VTS calling except vessel on berth or emergency.
• Be aware for the fishing boat and passenger ship which crossing fairway.
• Maintain ship's engine in operation even the ship is anchored.
• Vessels are required to report as soon as possible when her navigational aids or engine get trouble.
• Vessels are required to keep VHF Ch.10 in Busan New Port Service(Busan New Port VTS) area.
• All vessels required to pay attention for Marine construction areas around fairway.

Vessels are required to report Tongyeong Port service or Samcheonpo Port service when she berthing and/or unberthing in these ports on VHF Ch.14.
